The Under Secretary of State for the Colonies
presents his compliments to

from captivity in the Far East who intend to remain permanently in the United Kingdom are eligible for
consideration for a grant for the purchase of
furniture, household goods, etc., on the lines of
and within the limits of the free cover limit
provided for in the Private Chattels Scheme for the
United Kingdom.
